We generally ship your purchase as soon as payment is made.

We take orders via telephone almost every day 9:30am to 9:30pm EST. If for some reason, you cannot get us, please leave us a message with our answering service. We will call you back if it is long distance for you, or if you have free incoming calls on your mobile phone.
Shipping:
Regular shipping is $8.95 (USA) on all orders. We do not inflate shipping and handling. With standard shipping, most orders take about 5-10 days to arrive, however this time frame is NOT guaranteed. Every once in a while delivery of goods may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. These circumstances include but are not limited to: Acts Of God, Acts of Terrorism, Customs Delays, Natural Disasters. Should you need your order by a certain date, we urge you to upgrade to a faster shipping method. Faster methods of shipping are available for an additional fee. Sometimes there is no additional fee. All orders are shipped out expediently. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are shipped on the next business day if possible. We insure every delivery and send orders with signiture confirmation to insure you get your order and are satisfied.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Product(s) must not be damaged,show signs of excessive wear or abuse, and must be returned with the original packing. You must email DrScissorhands prior to returning. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee at DrScissorhands discretion. This allows DrScissorhands to provide return instructions and a return authorization number. All orders MUST be shipped back within 30 days of purchase in order for DrScissorhands to issue a refund or exchange.
